Yin Tang Hotpot is hands down one of the best hotpot experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and seated right away. The customer service was top-notch—fast, friendly, and attentive. The staff was always available to help, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The highlight of the experience was definitely the food. The build-your-own hotpot concept is perfect for customizing your meal to your liking. At just 14.99 per pound, it’s an amazing value for the quality you get. The soup base was rich, flavorful, and paired perfectly with all the fresh ingredients. The meat was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The seafood, vegetables, and noodles were all incredibly fresh, and it was clear that great care was taken in selecting high-quality ingredients. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The self-serve setup made it easy to pick exactly what you wanted, and everything was clearly labeled and neatly arranged. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Yin Tang Hotpot exceeded all expectations. Whether you’re a hotpot lover or trying it for the first time, this is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious and interactive meal. I think this is our fave hot pot place so far! Upon entering, someone will ask how many are in your party and tell you a table number for you to sit at. Then you’ll grab an empty clear bowl and tongs and add as much veggies, meats/toppings as you like! They’ll weigh it for you when you’re done adding things and ask if you’d like the hot soup or dry mix. I believe the spice level is from 1 to 5. My husband and I both got 1 because we can’t handle spice. In our opinion, it is still super flavorful even at a 1. You will then be given a keychain with a number on it and they’ll take your clear bowls into the back and bring it out to you when it’s ready. In the meantime, you can make your sauce mixture. An assortment of drinks are in a refrigerator next to the cashier if you want something else other than water. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The soup is like a warm hug and it’s delicious. We like that we can control the portion at the beginning too. It’s priced reasonably and the staff here is super friendly. We will absolutely be back here again!

The food here is always amazing — consistently fresh, flavorful, and comforting. I used to come almost every single day because it never disappointed. It’s one of those rare places where you can count on the quality to be the same each time, and that kind of consistency really stands out. If they opened at 11 AM, I’d honestly be back to eating here daily again without hesitation. It’s just that good. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a relaxed meal, this spot has always hit the mark for me. Can’t recommend it enough to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet — you’re seriously missing out!

Super yummy and very well priced for what you get/compared to other places. Pick your bowl, pick your broth or none, and eat! Best part is making your own concoction of a sauce to dip all of your stuff in. Recommend spicy level 2! Try everything lol. Staff is always super sweet and makes sure everything is perfect, always clean and nice food for a good day!

I love the concept of Ying Tang. You grab a bowl, throw in anything you want before weighing it at the register and picking a broth that you want to cook everything in. While you wait for them to cook your food you create your dipping sauce at the sauce station and enjoy everything shortly after they bring out the masterpiece you created. They charge 14 bucks per pound so even if you load up your bowl it doesn’t get too expensive. Items range from vegetables to all types of protein, even my favorite, large intestines. The broths range from no heat to pretty spicy (we’re talking Asian level spicy). Many broths also pack a good amount of mala. If you’re sensitive to that be sure to ask the staff and order accordingly.
